  • "My experience with Shandra and the Mindful Grief Group was profound.  Being deep in grief of losing my mother I was concerned that I would be too raw to participate. Shandra facilitated a group that not only felt safe for me, but also healing.  I was able to connect with others in a shared experience and navigate my grief through somatic work and deep insight."

  • “Shandra provided a safe container for our group to share our stories and experiences of grief. She reminded us that it was okay to be raw and messy in our feelings. She did a lovely job of reflecting back what we shared and making us feel seen, validated, and never judged. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is grieving and looking for compassionate support.”

  • I'm SO fortunate to have been companioned on my grief journey by Shandra during a weekend retreat and again for a 6-week Mindful Grieving series. With a wise soul and open heart, she knows how to hold pain and sorrow with deep listening and quiet compassion. Though half my age, I still felt I could relax into her care like a child. I'm truly grateful.

  • "I'm so grateful to have participated in this program and have felt something fundamentally shift in how I am learning to live with grief."

“Action on behalf of life transforms. Because the relationship between self and the world is reciprocal, it is not a question of first getting enlightened or saved and then acting. As we work to heal the earth, the earth heals us.”
