Holy Wisdom Monastery Retreats
Each winter and summer Sarah Webber and I offer a day long retreat for women.
A space to slow down, connect, restore and nourish yourself. The sacred space and land of Holy Wisdom Monastery holds us as we gather in community to tend to body, mind and heart.
This retreat is a gentle invitation to explore your relationship with rest. You will be given the opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to rest, while also getting curious about the parts of you that may find rest uncomfortable or unworthy of your time.
Designed as a spacious, nourishing pause, this retreat blends guided practices, quiet contemplation, and supportive community. We hope you leave feeling rested, and with a deeper awareness of your relationship with rest - what nurtures, what hinders it, and how you can welcome more of it into your daily life.
Why attend a retreat focused on rest? Rest is critical to our humanity and well-being, yet rarely celebrated or prioritized in our culture. Many of us need a conscious invitation into resting.
Rest is also a portal to dreaming and imagination - critical components of our vitality and creativity. It is through the spaciousness of rest that we can have the inspiration and energy for creating new worlds and possibilities for our communities, systems, and structures. This retreat is inspired by the work of Tricia Hersey and her incredible book “Rest is Resistance.”
Join us as we slow down to the speed of soul and rest, dream and imagine.
Winter Women’s Rest Retreat
“We must believe we are worthy of rest. We don’t have to earn it. It is our birthright. It is one of our most ancient and primal needs.

Witch Wisdom Retreat:
A women’s yoga retreat for reclaiming intuitive knowing and sacred rhythm
Step into the woods at Anaway Place with a circle of women and attune to the ancient current of witch wisdom that lives just beneath the noise. This retreat is a sanctuary for those who sense the world through their bones, who feel the moon tug at their tides, who listen for what isn’t said.
Through slow, intentional yoga, circle practice, elemental ritual, and quiet time in nature, we’ll gather not to become anything new, but to remember what we already are: intuitive, wild, connected.
This is a weekend for reclaiming the sacred rhythms of your body, the knowing in your gut, the spell of your own breath. Come as you are...a woman in tune with the deeper pulse.
Retreat limited to ten participants (only 1 spot is left!!)
