Writing is how I process and make sense of the world. I have been a writer in many ways my entire life-journaling, writing essays, and short poems. Writing became especially important to me after I experienced the deaths of my sister and father. It became a practice that metabolized grief into love, meaning and compassion.
In the past few years, I have started to share my writing publicly through my website newsletter and now on Substack. I invite you to follow along as I engage with writing as an alchemical process transmuting grief, sorrow, fear, and rage into medicine and beauty.
