There are seasons in life when the ground shifts.

Grief enters.

A relationship ends.
A role falls away.
An identity loosens.
Something in you begins to change.

And all the while the world keeps moving-fast, loud and unrelenting.

Many of us are carrying not only our personal sorrows, but the quiet weight of living in uncertain and chaotic times. The pace is constant. The body-mind-heart rarely get's to rest and slow down.

You may be holding more than feels sustainable.
Longing for a place where you do not have to.

You do not have to navigate life’s thresholds alone.

I offer virtual 1:1 somatic coaching -a steady, compassionate space to slow down, tend to your body, mind, and heart, and move at the pace of your own unfolding.

This is a space to:

  • Gently tend to your nervous system

  • Stay present with grief and uncertainty

  • Be seen and heard in your tenderness

  • Listen beneath the surface for your own inner wisdom

  • Deepen your belonging to the wider web of life

  • Remember what brings you alive, even now

Slowing down is not turning away from the world.
It is how we remain connected — to ourselves, to one another, and to what matters most.

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to navigating change and transition.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or problem-solving, we gently include the wisdom of the body which includes your breath, sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses.

Your body holds how you have learned to move through grief, stress, responsibility, and change. When we slow down and listen, it also holds insight, resilience, aliveness and quiet knowing.

In our sessions, we might:

  • Notice sensations in your body

  • Work with breath and grounding practices

  • Explore emotions with curiosity rather than urgency

  • Track what feels constricted and what feels alive

  • Listen for the deeper truth beneath the surface

This is not therapy, and it is not about fixing you. I am here as your guide and companion.

It is a practice of slowing down, increasing your capacity to be with what is here, and making choices that feel aligned with your deeper values.

Over time, somatic coaching might support you in:

  • Feel more steady in uncertainty

  • Learning to trust grief and move with loss

  • Stay present with strong emotions

  • Trust your inner knowing or intuition

  • Move through grief and change with greater compassion for yourself

It is my deepest honor to companion clients as they navigate grief, change, transition and becoming’s.

I bring my training and experience as a Presence Based Coach, yoga teacher, grief tender and ritualist to support you in these sessions. But more than that, I also invite my lived experience as a person who has walked my own journey of grief, loss, endings and emergence.

I approach this work with humility and reverence and am delighted to accompany you on this soulful path.

What can I expect in a session?

  • The most important part of our work together is that you feel safe enough and resourced to listen in. I use gentle trauma-informed practices to guide you into your body and find a sense of anchoring and rootedness.

  • We explore whatever is present for you that day while also connecting to your deeper intention that you hope to move towards. Orienting to your soulful longings through deep listening into the body-mind-heart.

  • Through gentle inquiry you are guided into a deeper awareness of your self, situation and what you desire. This exploration may include curious questions, parts work (IFS), somatic practices, visualizations and other modalities. The entire process is client directed to align with your individual needs and learning style.

  • We end each session with a space to integrate and close our time together. Exploring how you might move the changes and transformation you seek more fully into your life in a way that makes sense to you.

Logistics:

  • I offer sessions virtually on Zoom

  • Sessions are 60 minutes long

  • My rate is a sliding scale rate of $85-125 per session

  • I recommend working together bi-weekly for at least six sessions-we can create a schedule together that meets your needs and availability.
