Monthly Virtual Community Grief Tending Circle

You are invited into a 75-minute grief tending circle to honor loss of any kind, held in the presence of community. Grief tending is the practice of learning to be in deeper relationship with the universal experiences of loss, sorrow and endings-creating a space to allow grief to move, be felt and witnessed.  In an overculture that encourages numbness, disconnection, and isolation, tending grief in community becomes an act of remembrance and resistance.  Tending grief regularly and in community allows for vitality, resilience and compassion to flow within ourselves, our communities and the wider world.

Within this sacred ritual circle, grief is welcomed and honored through gently guided somatic practices, self-reflection, poetry, optional group sharing, and a closing ritual. This circle offers a place to soften, to listen and to remember that you are not alone.  Join us as we develop the capacity to bear witness to the grief of others while befriending our own sorrows to make room for more joy, aliveness and connection.
